Students with special educational needs had learning difficulties during the pandemic. Especially during the three months of quarantine, children and adolescents with dyslexia showed less reading activity and less motivation to read. The original text of the Law, filed on July 20, was supplemented with new articles that broaden its scope to regional ecosystems and social enterprises, green enterprises and those that favor clean energy, as well as agricultural and sports enterprises, which will have a positive impact on the regions, as it will facilitate their strengthening with scalability and acceleration. In addition, measures were also established to guarantee access to resources for entrepreneurs, tax incentives and a greater scope to the educational component of the law.
